Certificate Booklet

With the significant costs of running organizations such as yours and overall economics there is a significant need for quality fundraising. Most fundraisers available today simply do not produce big enough margins to make an impact. That is why Olympus Fundraising is proud to present the Olympus Certificate Booklet. It is has aggressive returns and is much easier to sell than the average fundraiser.

The Certificate Booklet is unlike most discount types of fundraisers because it is a single use coupon that is offered by our local businesses. We feature between 15 and 25 of them at a time. Because the coupon is a single use coupon our Merchants have offered more aggressive discounts than those that you may find on discount cards or key tags. With these aggressive discounts our participants have a higher success ratio in selling the cards.

The certificate product is small enough to fit into a purse, backpack or a glove compartment so it is easy to carry around. It can feature the team or organizations logo, schedule and or roster. Here is a sample of what the cover may look like. It is approximately 3 inches by 6 inches. The certificates /coupons are all single tear so you don’t have to worry about the coupons falling apart.

We will help you determine the number of booklets to order so that you can maximize your margin. If your organization outsells the amount of booklets ordered we will honor orders in increments of 100 at the same matrix that your group qualifies for above.

• Orders between 300 – 500 booklets: $13.00 per
• Orders between 500 – 1000 booklets: $14.00 per
• Orders greater than 1000 booklets: $15.00 per

Camp Logic – The ultimate Camp Fundraiser!

One of the other key logistics for camps are handling registration systems, online and news promotion.  We do all of this!  Our registration system will allow you to gather as much information as you would possibly need and can be added directly to your website or we can creat a unique URL for you.  This will not only help you track registration but allows you to be better prepared based on the number of camp participants.  With the online registration system you will know in advance how many particpants to plan for.
